W Beam
Our company has the necessary infrastructure and equipment to build both standard and custom ‘W Beam’ type Crash Barriers. Our objective is to manufacture the barrier under strict quality specifications. Therefore, we manufacture according to MORTH & MOST’s specifications.
Constitutes of 3 mm cold-rolled segment. The lowest strength is 2400 kg/sqm. W beam crash barriers are 312/510 mm wide and 83 mm deep. Every crash barrier is MORTH-specific.
Thrie Beam
The Thrie Beam Guardrail has a triple wave shape with additional corrugation in comparison to the conventional W-beam. Compared to products with a two-wave shape, this design is more durable and resistant to impact. Thus, it is effective in locations with heavy traffic and high-speed roads, as well as in regions with mountainous terrain. The Thrie-Beam kind of safety barrier comprises of a steel post and a ‘Thrie’ Beam rail element with a 3mm thickness. The steel post and spacer are 75mm x 150mm pieces with a 5mm thickness. Each post is separated by 2 metres, and the rail is 85 centimetres above the ground. The design also conforms to MORTH and IRC standards.
